The ‘Iron Man – Beneath the Armor’ book was published to coincide within the year of the film from Universal Pictures/20th Century Fox. Based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name. The illustrations for the book show the different armour through the ages created by the character.

All illustrations were based on the characters suits of armour with a few extra features like the armory and smaller individual components. ‘Shiny and brand new’ was the brief, offering plenty of opportunity to go to town on reflections.
